Why do you need a RevOps audit?

Why founders book a RevOps audit:
  • The forecast and the board deck never match
  • Pipeline looks healthy, but deals stall before they close
  • Every leadership question turns into hours in spreadsheets
  • Reps work around the CRM instead of inside it
  • You have raised, or are about to, and you know the current setup will not cope

What clients say about us

Brilliant team, glad to have them on board

Lewis and team have been a dream to work with. The work that they put in was fundamental to the success of our launch. Knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Exactly what you want from a consultancy.

Exactly what a fractional partner should be

We've worked with the ROC team across two phases of our HubSpot build. We had HubSpot running but were essentially flying blind on our sales process. Callan came in, got his head around our setup quickly, and built a fully automated sales pipeline from the ground up.

FAQs

Your CRM, your funnel stages, the handoffs between marketing, sales and customer success, and your reporting. We go through the HubSpot portal itself rather than relying on what the team believes is set up. That means deal stages and exit criteria, lifecycle stage logic, required properties, workflow enrolment, and whether your pipeline reports reconcile with what your board pack says.
Around 3 weeks from kick-off to roadmap. Most of the work happens on our side, so the time demand on your team is limited to a kick-off session, portal access, and a handful of short conversations with the people who use the system every day.
A prioritised roadmap. It separates the quick wins from the foundational projects, with effort and impact against each one, so you can see what to fix this month and what needs proper planning. We walk you through it live and leave you the documentation. You own it whether or not you work with us afterwards.
HubSpot is where we do our deepest work and where most of our clients sit. If you run Salesforce or Pipedrive we still audit the process, the handoffs and the reporting, though the configuration detail will be lighter. Tell us what you use on the call and we will be straight with you about what we can and cannot see.
Usually one person with super admin access in HubSpot, plus thirty minutes each with whoever owns sales, marketing and revenue reporting. Founders often sit in on the roadmap session because the output doubles as a planning document for the next funding round.
Early is often the right time. Fixing deal stages and lifecycle logic before you have 2,000 deals in the system costs a fraction of what it costs afterwards. The audit is sized to the business, so a Seed-stage portal gets a shorter engagement than a Series B one.
No. The roadmap stands on its own and plenty of teams take it away and run the work in-house. If you want help delivering it, Fractional RevOps is where most audit clients go next, but that is a separate decision and a separate conversation.
